Pack the product in its original packaging, including all parts, and notify us when ready to ship. Upon inspection upon receipt, we'll refund the cost with no restocking fee. Your feedback on the reason for return is valuable for us to enhance our customer service.

We appreciate your understanding, but unfortunately, returns without the original packaging cannot be accepted.
