Returns & Exchanges

Enjoy a hassle-free return policy within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for straightforward returns.

To initiate a refund, simply email us at orders@balanceddecor.com with your order number and return details. Pack the product in its original packaging, including all parts, and notify us when ready to ship. Upon inspection upon receipt, we'll refund the cost with no restocking fee. Your feedback on the reason for return is valuable for us to enhance our customer service.

We appreciate your understanding, but unfortunately, returns without the original packaging cannot be accepted. Our products are meticulously packaged to guarantee safe transport, and the original packaging is a crucial part of this process. What if I would like to make an exchange?

For product exchanges, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange and completing a separate purchase for the desired item. Can I cancel my order?

Changing your mind is okay! Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order placement. After this period, our returns policy applies. Refunds will be issued to the original purchase method only.
